Returns
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service to keep you coming back! We guarantee your satisfaction with all our products, however, if you find that any of our products do not meet your satisfaction, you may return the item within 30 days of the original delivery date. We ask that the item must be in like-new, resalable condition with no visual indication of abuse or misuse in order to receive full credit for the refund. Shipping charges may not be refunded. Please refer to the instructions below to initiate a return.

Do not return items without approval, refund will not be provided!
To initiate a return, please send an e-mail to returns@choicetoolsupply.com and include the following:
- Order #
- Full name on the order
- Original shipping address
- List of item(s) requesting to return
- Reason for returning the item(s)
- Photo of item(s) requesting to return
Return Conditions
By returning your items, you agree to the following conditions:
- Refund subject to 15% restocking fee for any item(s) not in resalable condition
- You may be offered replacement without refund
- Items returned not matching original reason provided in request may not be credited
- Items with obvious signs of use, misuse or abuse will not be credited
- Items not approved in return request will not be credited
- Original shipping charges may not be refunded
