What is the Rush Order service?

How do I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting your order history if you are signed in or look it up here.
Can I cancel my order?
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled, however please contact us as soon as possible and we will make our best effort to cancel your order before it ships. Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel your order and you must contact our returns department to initiate a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us and report the damage within 10 days of delivery and provide your order number and pictures of the damaged shipping box.
What if my order is missing an item?
Please contact us and report the missing items within 10 days of delivery and provide your order number.


How will my order be shipped?
Depending on the option you choose, we ship all orders via UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped with tracking.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders ship within 1 business day (excludes weekends and holidays) of placing your order (cut-off time is 2pm EST). Need it faster? Learn more about Rush Order here.
Can I pick up my order locally?
No, we do not offer local pickup at this time.
What if my order says delivered but I did not receive it?
Sometimes the shipping courier will mark a package delivered before it is delivered. Please wait at least 24 hours from delivery. If you still have not received your package, please contact us with your order number and we will gladly assist you.

We accept PayPal, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard payments.
